The term ‘Cert ID' or 'Cert ID Europe' or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Cert ID Europe Limited, The Courtyard Barn, Middleton House Farm, Tamworth Road, Middleton, Staffordshire B78 2BD, United Kingdom. Our company registration number is 03777518 registered in England & Wales. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Booking
Delegate Booking Confirmation
Delegate places are subject to availability. Cert ID Europe will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the course and/or event availability and arrangements displayed on the website are correct at the time of purchase.
Payment Acknowledgement - Within one (1) business day of making payment through the website you will receive an automated email acknowledging your payment. This email will be sent to the email address provided at the time payment is made. Please note that this acknowledgement email is not a confirmation that delegate spaces have been reserved.
Booking Confirmation - You will receive a further email confirming your booking within two (2) business days of the date of the automated acknowledgement email. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of payment and will specify:
- Course Title
- Course/Event Date
- Location and Venue
- Start and expected finish time
- Any special requirements/arrangements for the day
If you do have not received the Booking Confirmation within two (2) business days please contact info@cert-id.eu or call (+44) (0) 1675 475 607. It is recommended that you check your email spam or junk-mail filters before contacting us regarding non-receipt of a booking confirmation.
In the event that Cert ID Europe are unable to accommodate the number of delegate spaces required, Cert ID Europe will confirm this by email within two (2) business days of the date of the automated acknowledgement email and a full refund will be provided. Cert ID Europe will not be liable for any costs incurred prior to your receipt of the booking confirmation.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and requests to change a confirmed booking must be made in writing and emailed to info@cert‐id.eu.
Requests to Change a Booking - Changes to the booking will be made at the discretion of Cert ID Europe; confirmation of which will be emailed to the address provided at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Delegates may transfer their booking to an alternative date or course, subject to availability, providing that the request is made no later than five (5) business days prior to the event taking place and you have paid any difference in delegate fees.
Cancellations - Cancellations made no later than five (5) business days prior to the event taking place may be refunded at the discretion of Cert ID Europe, the refunded amount being 50% of the total fee paid at the time of the booking. Cancellations made within five (5) business days of the event taking place are non‐refundable.
Cert ID Europe reserves the right to make changes to its training schedule as necessary.
In the event of cancellation by Cert ID Europe, delegate fees will be reimbursed or credited in full. Cert ID Europe will not be liable for incidental or consequential loss as a result.
If cancellation is due to events outside of Cert ID Europe’s control (poor weather conditions, strikes, transport cancellations or ill health), Cert ID Europe will make every effort to transfer the booking to an alternative course/date that is convenient to the delegate(s). Event booking fees and any incurred expenses are non‐refundable.
Certification Standard Purchases
Purchase of Goods
Payment Acknowledgement - Within one (1) business day of making payment through the website you will receive an automated email acknowledging your payment. This email will be sent to the email address provided at the time payment is made. Please note that this acknowledgement email is not a confirmation that your order has been processed or dispatched.
Order Confirmation - You will receive a further email confirming your order and estimated delivery date within two (2) working days of the date of the automated acknowledgement email.
We aim to courier all goods within five (5) business days of the date of the automated acknowledgement email. If this is not possible we will confirm this by email to the email address provided at the time payment was made.
If, for any reason, Cert ID Europe is unable to fulfill your order, an email will be sent confirming this and a full refund provided.
Refunds & Return of Defective Goods
Cert ID Europe will not accept returns for any goods received unless they are defective or not as described. In the event that goods received are defective, you may return them at your own expense within six (6) business days of receipt. You must contact Cert ID Europe before returning any goods considered defective. Goods must be returned to the postal address set out in the "Contact Us" section of the Cert ID Europe website. Upon receipt of the goods, Cert ID Europe will inspect them to confirm whether the goods are defective. If the goods are considered defective, Cert ID Europe will attempt to replace the defective goods or, where this is not possible; offer to reimburse the price paid less any cost incurred in processing and delivering the good(s).
Complaints
Complaints must be made in writing to info@cert-id.eu. All complaints will be acknowledged within two (2) working days of receipt. Cert ID Europe will endeavour to resolve any complaints within ten (10) working days and keep you informed during the resolution process. Please note that your right to return items in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
