I joined Cert ID in 2009 because I wanted to work in an exciting, flexible company with plenty of opportunity to influence it’s growth. It has certainly fulfilled that desire. 

Cert ID is an innovative company with an energetic, and enthusiastic staff that are willing to learn and contribute their own ideas. 

We welcome client suggestions and we strive to encourage teamwork. It’s been a refreshing change to work with colleagues who provide first class customer service and enjoy coming to work.

My experience, over 20 years as a TSO and later as an advisor, is invaluable to my role in Business Development, which is really about helping clients find cost-effective solutions to their issues.

Cheryl Pierpoint

Business Development Executive

I joined the company in 2008, craving a new challenge following 12 years with my previous employer. My business development background coupled with my business administration qualification awarded me the exciting new role as Business Development Executive. 

Here I could learn and grow with the company, a company that encourages development and provides opportunity.  I thrive on the challenges (inside and out of work, hence suggesting our charity skydive in 2010!) and enjoy the responsibility of managing all of our events and training courses.

After developing the certification client portfolio throughout 2008 - 2011 and expanding the training programme in 2010 and 2011, the time came late in 2011 for me to concentrate solely on the company’s training services.  We receive excellent feedback from delegates who have attended our courses which is a great compliment to me.  The training programme for 2012 has doubled in volume, which brings me yet another challenging but exciting year ahead.

Cert ID is a vibrant and dynamic company and a pleasure for me to be part of the team.

Rebecca Wood

Business Development Executive

I joined Cert ID towards the end of 2011 after graduating from University earlier that year. My degree involved within marketing and sales encouraged me to seek a role in a company that would provide many exciting and new opportunities.  

At Cert ID I could apply my knowledge of sales and marketing in a B2B atmosphere and apply my background knowledge in environmental politics, which is developed through the Non-GMO and ProTerra schemes I am responsible for.

I have been encouraged to be creative within the Cert ID team, which helps me deliver great customer service in BRC, Halal and Non-GMO business opportunities. The team allows new ideas and new opportunities to develop, which as a Business Development Executive enables me to meet client’s needs.

Dawn White

Client Administrator

I have recently joined Cert ID after 4 years of working for Cert ID’s sister company, FoodChain Europe. Having grown with FoodChain and helped it expand and become one of the leaders in food industry technical and legal support, I am now excited to have been given the opportunity to develop my skills within Cert ID as their Client Administrator.

I am responsible for the certification renewals, issuing of TCCs and certification client care which will draw on my 16 years of customer service experience, I am also responsible for our social media campaigns and websites, this has been huge challenge because my background is not IT!

I have been encouraged to develop my creative flair by attending various courses which will be invaluable in my new role.
